Why I am Running

I believe our children deserve the most excellent education we can give them. Student education and well-being are my main focus. Although I retired from CCSD with 24 years of service, I want to continue to advance education in Campbell County. With budget limitations, it is important that spending be prioritized to obtain the most benefit to students. I have experience and knowledge in the business operations of the school district that I believe would be beneficial as a board member.

Top 3 Priorities

My top priorities are to:
•Provide a safe environment for students and staff including protection from external threats and bullying, and by maintaining procedures for suicide intervention/prevention.
•Recruit, train, and retain excellent staff;
•Encourage innovation, and equip students and staff with the tools they need to be successful.
