Proposition No. 1 – 1% Specific Purpose Capital Facilities Sales and Use Tax

Shall Sheridan County, State of Wyoming, be authorized to continue a specific purpose capital facilities sales and use tax to collect funds not to exceed $40,000,000.00, to be used as follows:

$800,000.00; for infrastructure improvements to water, sewer, and street projects for the Town of Clearmont;

$2,000,000.00; for infrastructure improvements to water lines, sewer and street projects, improvements to public facilities, and capital equipment for the Town of Dayton;

$2,000,000.00; for infrastructure improvements to water, sewer, street projects, and parks and pathways for the Town of Ranchester;

$22,720,000.00; for infrastructure improvements to streets, storm sewer, sanitary sewer and water lines or other public facilities for the City of Sheridan;

$12,480,000.00; for infrastructure improvements to County roads, bridges, and public facilities for Sheridan County
