The Secretary of State is the custodian of the seal of Wyoming, as well as any records of the legislation of Wyoming and proclamations of the Governor. If these documents are needed, they also certify these documents so they can be properly used.
The Secretary of State must be very organized because they deal with a lot of documents, some of which outdate Wyoming as a state. They also must be trustworthy, due to their custody over both these documents and the seal of Wyoming.
The Secretary of State preserves our history as Wyomingites. This history makes us who we are, and must be taken care of by the best person that we have to offer.
WY Vote is committed to ensuring all Wyoming voters have easy access to accurate information needed to successfully participate as an informed voter in every election. Whether an election covers federal, state, county or local offices and ballot initiatives, each opportunity to vote ensures our values and beliefs are considered in laws and policies at each level.
