Hello my name is Bradly McCollum. I originate from Montana, I was born and raised on a ranch in western MT. For 15 years I was a co-owner of a successful heavy marine construction company. I retired after 30 years in the underwater construction field.

In 2014 I came to Rock Springs, WY to be part of a project management team to construct an ammonia plant at Simplot outside of Rock Springs. Why I am Running

To finish what was started. Continue the progress & complete the infrastructure projects that were started in my first term as mayor.
It seems that in the first 4yrs of your term you get started but it will take another 4yrs to complete. This town has been left behind in today's world in so many ways, with community standards & quality of life in general. This town has been given the stigma of a low rent district in Sweetwater county and I am trying to change That. This town has many many great citizens & has the potential to be what it once was. We just need a road map with attainable goals as a community. We must come together & heal, not divide & segregate.

There needs to be responsible growth by keeping within budgets & timelines. There are multiple infrastructure projects that need immediate attention, all of which costs way more than this town can afford, that is why community volunteers are so needed in Granger. With the current financial situations found state and county wide, that directly affects this small diverse southwestern WY town.

This towns needs to prepare for some major upcoming regional projects so we are not left behind in the growing economy. This includes available housing projects. The town is in need of alternate sources of revenue through leasing of buildings & property owned by the town. We must ensure that all the operation expenses are recuperate with services provide to the community & private enterprise within the Granger community.

Top 3 Priorities

1.) Infrastructure Projects: This includes water treatment plant & distribution upgrades, security fencing, new raw water pipelines,
secondary water source supply, completion of prior approved street light projects, street paving & sidewalk
upgrades, building maintenance, community center upgrades, sanitary sewer & collection upgrades

2.) Quality of Life Projects: This includes community assistance programs for the disadvantaged households within the Granger community,
a green space pavilion at the community center, concession stand & restroom upgrades at the Veterans park,
solicit investors to bring in gas stations and restaurant/cafe's, along with other small town conveniences.

3.) Community Pride & Involvement: Get the town cleaned up of old & abandoned buildings & properties within the town limits, get involved
with organized sporting events with outlying communities, make Granger a community that is enjoyable
to not only live but to visit. Put differences aside for the greater good of the community & come
together as a community so our little town can flourish.
