My experience includes the understanding of projects that relate to infrastructure such as water and sewer. My experience with my job creating water line installation and budgeting for these projects gives me an understanding of projects and what it takes to complete. I have been involved in many projects for the city and also understand the budget and what we need to do to be financially responsible.
I attended Newcastle High School, I am a certified welder since 1990 and have obtained my API (American Petroleum Institute) 570 and 510 inspections that gives me a real world experience on what is required to complete projects in a correct manner and sustainable for many years. I have managed several projects of water line for fire systems and gives me a good understanding of water projects for the city. I am a state certified firefighter II and have been an instructor for the fire service.

Have submitted and obtained several grants for training projects we need for the community and schedule training for our local responders. I am very involved with many activities within the community.
Why I am Running
I feel that with my experience and background I can use this to assist with what we need for the community and this is our community and want to give back to the community we live in.
Top 3 Priorities
To continue to pursue grants that are available to complete many of the projects we are looking to complete within the community. This includes projects such as street replacement along with water and sewer line replacements. We will be faced with the landfill closure soon and what is needed to complete this closing. Our sewer lagoon is needing some attention and this project will be over 1 million dollars to complete and need to find funding to assist with these projects.
