Biography
Jean Stetson is a resident of Pinedale, WY and proud to be a lifelong Republican! Jean is originally from NW Colorado and moved to Pinedale to be closer to family. Jean was married to the late Franklin L. "Pud" Stetson for 30 years. Together they raised two children, ranched, and owned a successful accounting practice.
After the loss of her husband, Jean continued in the accounting field. Jean has 30 plus years of experience in the accounting profession. Jean is currently an Accounting and Human Resource Manager for the Sublette Center in Pinedale.
Jean is a newer member of the Pinedale community. She has always recognized the importance of being active in her community. Jean is looking forward to becoming more involved and serving the residents of Pinedale and Sublette County.
Experience
Jean has demonstrated her dedication to her community by serving on various boards. While Jean served on these boards, she worked with local and state elected officials on issues regarding land and water use, endangered species, private property rights, and health care. While serving on the local electric co-op board, Jean was part of the board team that started a project to bring high speed fiber internet to the rural communities of NW Colorado. Jean remains true to her conservative values.
