Biography

Moved to Wyoming in 1997 from Denver, Colorado. I live in Jackson with my two step daughters North of Jackson.

Experience

I served as a Teton County Commissioner for over 10 years, including as Board Chair.
I was appointed as the Wyoming County Commissioner representative on a statewide Governor’s Special Districts Taskforce.

Also, I bring a 25-year background of senior management positions including Director of Proprietary Services for OTR Global, General Manager for the largest window manufacturing plant in California, and as the start-up manager for an Australian steel-decking manufacturer in Alaska.

Community Activities and Memberships

Have served on 12 non-profit boards in Jackson–including the Community Foundation's Executive Committee and the St. John's Health Foundation
2001 Founder and Board Member of the Jackson Cupboard (our local food bank).
Over 20 years of Scout Leadership, including six years as the District Chairman.
Past board member of Teton Youth and Family Services and the Jackson Hole Airservice Improvement Resources, Inc.
Past President of Ring Lake Ranch (retreat center) in Dubios, Wyoming

Why I am Running

I am running for Wyoming House District 23 because our community needs a proven leader for our challenging times.Today we face tough times once again; dramatic property tax increases, a shortage of affordable workforce housing, few early childhood education options, and skyrocketing needs for our behavioral health care systems. Guided by my core principles of respect, stewardship, and fiscal responsibility, I am ready to serve and help our community and our state find real solutions for today’s issues.
