Defending Land Rights is a passion for me. Article 4, Section 3, Clause 2 shows the intent of Congress to Dispose of Lands for the Enjoyment and Enrichment of We the People. With this Congress created the General Land Office to Dispose lands under the vehicle of the Land Grant Patent. Each patent carries this contract, “Rights, privileges, immunities of WHATSOEVER Nature to the Claimant, Heir, Successors, and Assigns FOREVER”

Patented Land has Benefits to those that ACCEPT the Declaration.
