Who I Am:
I am a Wyoming native, born and raised on a small farm in Fremont County. I am a proud University of Wyoming graduate with a BS in Micro/Molecular Biology and an MS in Immunology. I began my career working at the University of Wyoming as a research scientist and diagnostic specialist in Molecular Biology and at the Wyoming State Veterinary Laboratory.
We chose to move our young family to Sublette County where I worked as the UW/Sublette County Extension 4-H&Youth Development Educator. My husband Greg, and I have two young adult children that we were lucky to raise in Sublette County. Brookely, also a UW graduate, has just recently earned her DVM from UC Davis and Garett is currently attending the University of Wyoming.

I have served on a variety of elected, appointed and volunteer boards including:
• Sublette County School District #1 Board of Trustees (elected-10 years)
• Sublette BOCES Board (elected-10 years)
• Wyoming Afterschool Alliance (volunteer-10 years)
• Wyoming State Board of Education (appointed 2016-2023)
• LOBA Memorial Spay and Neuter Foundation (volunteer 3 years)
• WY State 4-H Foundation and Pinedale FFA Alumni (volunteer)

I want to make a positive difference through:
• Fiscal Responsibility- I am a fiscal conservative and hold strongly the belief that government must always strive to be good stewards of tax payer dollars.
• Collaboration with state and federal agencies to protect multiple use of our public lands
• Transparency and Accountability- I hold firmly in the belief that all elected officials must act not only in accordance with laws, but also with respect for all constituents in an open and accessible manner.
• Economic Diversification- I am committed to working towards an economy where vibrant young people feel welcome and are able to thrive in our county. This includes long term strategic planning that meets the needs of today’s demands, yet still embraces the core values, beliefs and culture of Sublette County.
