Biography

I grew up mostly in Story, Wyoming. As a child, I became a born-again Christian, which has resulted in a life based upon a conservative Christian worldview.
My husband Don and I were married in 1972 and lived in three locations in Big Horn County, Wyoming, from that year until 2000, when we moved to the east side of the Big Horn Mountains.
During the 1990s, my husband and I were precinct committee-man and -woman for Big Horn County.
I was an elementary school teacher in Wyoming from 1971 through the end of March 1978, which was when our first child was born. During the 1990s, I was a home schooling mother. I've always believed that the person who teaches children has a vital duty to teach biblical principles. Proverbs 22:6 says, "Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it." The people who teach children shape their worldview, which results in the final structure of the society in which these young people grow up.

Experience

In April 2001, a friend of mine (Jacque Jones) and I co-founded Wyoming Vaccine Information Network (WVIN) http://www.vaclib.org/chapter/wyhome.htm. She and I have been active since then with bills in the state legislature having to do with vaccination. We both believe people should always have a right to refuse any vaccine or any other medical procedure, without penalty.

Education

I earned an associate degree from Sheridan College in the spring of 1969. In the spring of 1971, I earned a bachelor's degree in elementary education from the University of Wyoming.

Community Activities and Memberships

For a decade, Jacque Jones and I held WVIN meetings, mostly in Sheridan and Buffalo, Wyoming, for people interested in learning more about the subjects of vaccination and health. Then in late September 2021, we had another meeting in Sheridan in which a group of interested people discussed subjects related to vaccines and injections and events that have taken place all over the world since early 2020.

Why I am Running

I would like to do the best I can to help people keep their freedoms. It's true that when you see evil, you need to do whatever you can to show people the truth so that the evil can be defeated. The position of precinct committeewoman is one of the ways I can work toward the goal of maintaining the freedoms we were given by God.

Top 3 Priorities

God created humans in the image of God. One of my priorities is to do what God would have me do so that people maintain the freedoms that He gave us.
When I see evil such as abortion, cruelty, and forcing people to do what they know is wrong, I will do all I can to see that we keep our freedom to make morally correct decisions.
I will do what I can to remove evil and replace it with a world that shows that God is our sovereign leader.
