Shall the Afton Town Council, the Governing Body of the Town of Afton, be authorized to impose a two percent (2%) lodging tax on hotels, motels, campgrounds, dude ranches, bed and breakfast and other similar establishments providing quarters or space for transient overnight guests, for the primary purpose of promoting travel and tourism in the Town of Afton, to be in place for four (4) years?
