Shall the Alpine Town Council, the Governing Body for the Town of Alpine, Wyoming, be authorized to enact a one percent (1%) lodging tax imposed on hotels, motels, campgrounds, dude ranches, bed and breakfasts, and other short term rentals (STRs) providing quarters or space for transient guests for the primary purpose of promoting travel and tourism in the Town of Alpine?
