Biography
I have been a Teton County resident for 25 years and brings more than 20 years of management experience, along with hands-on experience in county government. My professional background has given me a strong understanding of local government operations, public service, administration, and the importance of serving residents with accuracy and transparency.
I also bring strong computer and technology skills, and I believe modern technology can help government operate more efficiently while making information easier for the public to understand and access. My leadership style emphasizes organization, communication, accountability, and responsive customer service.
Through my work in Teton County government, Ashlee has gained firsthand experience working with residents, public officials, employees, and the many processes required to keep county government running effectively.

Why I am Running
I am running for Teton County Assessor because I care deeply about the community which I have called home for 25 years. I want to bring my management experience, county government knowledge, and technology skills to the office while focusing on accuracy, transparency, and excellent customer service. Property values affect every homeowner and business owner in our county, and residents deserve clear information and an Assessor’s Office that is accessible and responsive to their questions.
Top 3 Priorities
Transparency and Communication — Make property assessment information clear and understandable. Residents should know how their property value was determined and feel comfortable asking questions.
Accuracy and Fairness — Ensure assessments are accurate, consistent, and based on Wyoming law and reliable property data, with careful attention to Teton County’s unique real estate market.
Modernization and Customer Service — Use your management and technology experience to improve efficiency, make information easier to access, and provide professional, responsive service to taxpayers.
