I have lived in Natrona County for most of my life. For the last decade, I have been the IT Director for the City of Mills. I’m not a career politician. I am someone who wants to do the job of governing responsibly, with integrity based on the principles laid out for us by our Founding Fathers.

30+ Years Working in IT: Starting off as an unpaid volunteer in a local computer repair shop and developing into my current position as IT Director for the City of Mills.
Municipal Public Service: Nearly a decade of public service at the municipal level, managing both the systems for the city and the budget for the IT department.

I graduated from Kelly Walsh High School and hold several IT certifications. I am largely self‑taught, whether replacing a toilet or designing a city’s IT infrastructure. I don’t have a wall of degrees or decades of meeting attendance, but I do have hands‑on experience solving real problems and a deep respect for the people who make this county what it is.

I am a long‑time Natrona County resident committed to supporting local community institutions. I regularly attend public events, including County Commission meetings. I stay engaged with local government and work closely with municipal and county staff through my role at the City of Mills. After years inside local government, I want to give back.

I am running because I believe that Natrona County deserves to have a Commissioner who treats the job seriously, will read the material provided by staff, unlike a lot of elected officials. That will take all sides of an issue into consideration as well as the law before rendering a decision. I believe that as of late politicians are so divided that they have forgotten the primary role of government. To protect the peoples rights and health and safety. I believe we need to once again have adults in the room. We need to have people that take these jobs seriously and will follow the Constitutions of the United States and Wyoming.

1. Balanced Growth and Stewardship
We need a fair playing field for all industries. No shortcuts and no special treatment. Each opportunity must be evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis. Responsible growth comes from protecting our people and our land. We need standards that no industry can bypass. The safety of the people must always be priority number one. And it should go without saying that the use of our resources must be reasonable.
2. Fiscal Responsibility
Taxpayer money needs to be spent on needs and not wants. Critical infrastructure, emergency services, and county employees should always come first. Pet projects do not belong in government: they belong in the private sector.
3. Governing by Principles
We need to return to governing by the principles laid out by our Founding Fathers. Decisions must be made by the rule of law, constitutional values, and a serious commitment to doing the work rather than creating buzz or seeking the spotlight. We need responsible leadership that respects the United States and Wyoming Constitutions as well as the people.
