For more than 6 years, Hanlé Visser has dedicated herself to serving the Town of Dayton with integrity, transparency, and fiscal responsibility. Her experience in municipal government, budgeting, grant administration, and community partnerships has helped strengthen Town operations while protecting taxpayer resources.

Beyond Town Hall, Hanlé has built lasting relationships with local organizations, volunteers, Dayton Fire & Rescue, the Planning and Parks Committees. Having lived in several countries before making Wyoming her home, she chose Dayton for its small-town values and strong sense of community.

Married for 26 years and raising their son in the Tongue River Valley, Hanlé is committed to preserving Dayton's character while planning responsibly for its future through thoughtful leadership, open communication, fiscal responsibility, and strong community partnerships

As the Town's Contracted Clerk and former Town Administrator & Clerk/Treasurer,
Hanlé has worked behind the scenes to keep Dayton financially strong,
transparent, and moving forward. She has overseen municipal budgeting, financial
management, public records, human resources, grant administration, and multiple
community improvement projects. Her leadership helped modernize the Town's
accounting systems, office security and technology, and ensure compliance
with state auditing requirements.

Degrees in Pharmacy and Business Management.

I am running for Mayor because I care deeply about Dayton's future. I believe our town deserves steady leadership, fiscal responsibility, transparent communication, responsible planning, and protecting the character of Dayton while preparing for its future.
As Mayor, Hanlé's vision is rooted in preserving what makes Dayton special.

1. Finish What we started.
One of my highest priorities is completing important projects already underway
while remaining responsible stewards of taxpayer dollars. These include the Water
Plant, Art Badgett Pool, park enhancements, sanitation upgrades, implementation of online utility bill pay.
Completing these projects responsibly ensures residents receive the full
benefit of investments already made.
2. Invest in Dayton's Infrastructure
Planning for the future means investing wisely in the infrastructure that serves our
community daily. I will continue pursuing grant opportunities to help fund road
improvements, bridge upgrades, replacement and modernization of aging
water lines. By leveraging outside funding whenever possible, we can continue
improving Dayton while being mindful of local taxpayer resources.
3. Preserve and Strengthen What Makes Dayton Special
Dayton's greatest asset is its strong sense of community. I will continue supporting
projects that preserve and enhance quality of life, including cemetery expansion to meet future needs. Continued work to beautify our town—because that's part of what makes Dayton, Dayton. Equally important is strengthening the partnerships that help our community thrive, including our outstanding Fire Department, TRVCC, Parks & Planning Committee, local businesses, volunteers & community organizations. Together, we can continue building a Dayton that honors its past while preparing responsibly for its future.
