I was born in Thermopolis, Wyoming, in 1967 and grew up around my grandparents’ ranch. Through nine years in 4-H, I showed breeding and market sheep, which helped shape my appreciation for hard work, agriculture, and community. I played golf in high school and graduated from Hot Springs County High School in 1986 before attending the University of Wyoming.
I gained valuable business and personnel management experience while training for and managing two Corral West Ranchwear stores. From 2003 to 2014, I served as Hot Springs County Clerk, and since 2015 I have served as First Deputy Park County Clerk.
On the personal side, I am married to Michelle—my rock, my friend, and my campaign manager. Together, we have a beautiful blended family of four children and several grandchildren.
I enjoy fly fishing, fly tying, hiking, rock hunting, rafting, camping and traveling with Michelle, walking our Labrador Millie, and gathering with good friends.

Over the past 22 years, serving as Hot Springs County Clerk and as First Deputy Park County Clerk, I have personally carried out statutory election safeguards through ten election cycles. Throughout my career, I have been directly involved in the programming, testing, and operation of election systems, following security protocols established by the Legislature, the Secretary of State, and uniform procedures used by clerks across Wyoming.

I graduated high school in Thermopolis Wyoming and attended the University of Wyoming.
I have spent the last 22 years training for the job of Park County Clerk. I have attended many election conferences, including The Election Center, FBI security as well as training at County Clerk's Association of Wyoming meetings.

I am running for Park County Clerk because I believe the office must be led with integrity, experience, and a deep commitment to public service. The Clerk’s Office touches the lives of citizens every day—through elections, vehicle titles, land records, county budgets, and more—and every person who walks through the door deserves to be treated fairly, respectfully, and equally.
I bring proven experience to this work. I served three terms as Hot Springs County Clerk from 2003 to 2014, where I helped implement Wyoming’s WyoReg voter registration system, transitioned elections to voter-verifiable paper ballots, managed multiple election cycles, and helped lead major county projects. For the past eleven years, I have served as First Deputy Park County Clerk, working directly with elections, budgets, land records, office operations, and modernized voting equipment.
At a time when election security, transparency, and trust matter more than ever, I offer steady leadership grounded in the rule of law, the Wyoming Constitution, and respect for every voter. My record shows that I do the work, know the office, and understand the responsibility that comes with serving the public.
I am running to continue providing reliable, professional, and accountable service to the people of Park County. Public service is not just something I talk about—it is what I have done for more than two decades, and it is what I will continue to do as your Park County Clerk.

Treat every person with respect and fairness. I will continue to ensure that everyone who comes through the doors of the Park County Clerk’s Office is treated with respect, dignity, and impartiality, regardless of political affiliation, race, gender, or any other personal characteristic.

Protect election integrity and security. Election integrity and security are, and will remain, a top priority. I will continue working to safeguard accurate, transparent, and trustworthy elections for the citizens of Park County.

Steward taxpayer dollars responsibly. I will continue working closely with the Park County Board of Commissioners to help ensure that Park County citizens’ tax dollars are carefully monitored and spent wisely for the benefit of the people we serve.
