Why I am Running

As more people discover what makes Wyoming special, we have an opportunity to shape that growth in a way that strengthens our community while preserving the qualities that make Cheyenne unique. But growth without planning can strain infrastructure, reduce access to open spaces, and gradually erode the character that draws people here in the first place.

I’m running for Cheyenne City Council Ward 2 because I believe we need leaders who are willing to listen to constituents and focus on the long-term future of our city.

Top 3 Priorities

Lead By Serving: Good leadership begins with listening. I believe elected officials should be accessible, accountable, and focused on serving residents first. City processes need streamlined and our community members need to become more engaged in the government process.

Create a More Livable Community: A thriving city is one where people want to live, work, raise families, and build businesses. Every decision should be guided by how it impacts the daily lives of our residents.

Preserve Open Space: Growth and preservation are not mutually exclusive. We can welcome new opportunities while protecting the natural spaces that contribute to Cheyenne’s quality of life. I believe in Cheyenne's people, its potential, and its future. But we need to be strategic about growth, planning for our children’s and grandchildren’s futures here.
