I am a Wyoming native, born in Riverton and raised in Green River. I have lived in Wyoming for 39 of my 43 years, in Sheridan for last 11 years with my wonderful wife and two young boys. I also have an older daughter who is a nurse. Life is filled with hunting, fishing, camping, and youth sports.

I am a general internal medicine physician practicing at Sheridan Memorial Hospital, caring for older adults in the clinic, hospital, and nursing home. I have devoted the majority of my professional career to caring for the elderly, with special interests in complex primary care, dementia care and hospice, with additional training and certification in hospice care.

As a general internal medicine physician, I have dedicated my professional life to caring for older people and serving my community. I served as medical director of the Sheridan Health Center, started an educational series at The Hub, and I was directly involved with the Dementia Friendly Communities effort in Sheridan in 2016 through 2020.

Our elders are forgotten, and we don’t do enough as individuals or as a community to care for them.

The establishment of the Sheridan Senior Health Care District gives our community the opportunity to consistently fund and develop important programs to support our elder residents.

The people of Sheridan County have spoken, through the democratic process in the 2026 primary election, and they have chosen to develop this district. There are individuals on the ballot for the senior district board who, if elected, wish to subvert the democratic will of the people and inhibit meaningful function of the board. I am not one of those people.

If elected to the board:
- I will honor the ideals of a senior health care district
- I will ensure appropriate organization structure and function as outlined in Title 35, Chapter 2, Article 12 of the Wyoming State Statutes.
- I will engage in a thoughtful process for allocating funds to ensure meaningful impact
