Community Activities and Memberships

Regular attendee of Cheyenne City Council meetings and Coffee with Council events, demonstrating an ongoing commitment to staying informed and engaged in local government. Active member of the Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce with a continued interest in supporting local businesses, fostering community collaboration, and encouraging responsible economic growth.

Why I am Running

I am running for office not because I believe I can do the job better than those currently serving, but because I believe I can bring a different perspective and leadership style to the role. I understand the frustrations many Cheyenne residents feel and the perception that some decisions are made without fully considering the community as a whole.

If elected, I will work to ensure my decisions are made with my constituents in mind. I believe in sharing as much information as possible with the public, listening to community feedback before making decisions, and clearly explaining the reasoning behind those decisions afterward.

Rebuilding trust between local government and the community requires transparency and communication. I believe that progress has already begun, and I want to help ensure that commitment continues moving forward.

Top 3 Priorities

The three priorities I believe are essential to moving Cheyenne forward are communication, accountability, and transparency.

From day one, I commit to sharing any information that I can legally disclose, communicating openly with the public, and ensuring residents understand not only what decisions are being made, but why they are being made. I also believe accountability starts with leadership. That means holding myself to the same standards I expect from others, whether those standards apply to City Council members or departments such as permitting and licensing.

Finally, I will strive to be transparent in every decision I make. Whether people ultimately agree or disagree with my vote, they will know the reasoning behind it. My goal is not to make decisions based on popularity or pressure, but to make informed decisions and provide the public with the explanation they deserve.
