Roxie is a wife and mother and has spent her life protecting her family and helping people — guiding youth through difficult crossroads, advocating for justice in the courtroom, and building a thriving woman‑run business, in the heart of downtown Laramie, Wyoming.
Her leadership as Albany County GOP Chair reflects her dedication to transparency, responsibility, and community engagement. Roxie believes in a justice system that protects the innocent, holds offenders accountable, and strengthens the fabric of Albany County.

I’m committed to ensuring victims are heard, offenders are held accountable & the law is applied fairly & consistently. As a Wyoming Attorney for over 2 decades, practiced in nearly every WY Jurisdiction, I bring proven legal expertise & deep understanding of our judicial system. My experience extends beyond the courtroom. A wife, mother, business owner & employer, I understand the challenges WY families & businesses face every day. I’ve built businesses, created jobs, & stood on the front lines fighting for our values.
