I am running for Laramie City Council because I believe strong communities are built by people who are willing to step up, serve others, and take action when something needs to change. From a young age, I have been motivated by a sense of duty to improve the communities around me, whether through public service, volunteer work, or military service. My experiences have reinforced the values of accountability, leadership, and putting people first.

After building a life here in Laramie, I want to ensure our city remains a place where families, workers, and future generations can thrive. I am running to bring a servant-minded approach to local government, listen to citizens, and advocate for practical solutions that strengthen our community and protect the interests of the people who call Laramie home.

Raised in Pennsylvania, I developed an early passion for public service by successfully organizing a student petition that led my school board to reverse a policy. As an Eagle Scout and Army National Guard Staff Sergeant, I continued serving my community through leadership, deployment, and civic involvement. After returning to Laramie, a new water drainage tax inspired me to become more active in local politics. I now work at Tungsten Parts Wyoming as a production manager.

Most of my leadership training is from Highschool and the military. In preparation for academy, I attended Keystone Boys State, Camp Cadet and earned the Eagle Scout rank. In the military I graduated from the Army's Basic and Advanced Leadership Course. There I have learned the importance of transparency with subordinates, or in this case, constituents.

I am a member of Laramie Vally Chapel; there I serve on the safety team as an usher. For recreation, my wife and I love attending as many street or swing dancing events that happen across the city. While in college she was an instructor for CCSC. I also organize monthly outdoor competitions and team games.

I am running for city council to put the power back into the hands of the people. I believe that the city has had a slow and steady consolidation of power that removes responsibilities that should ultimately be the peoples. I am a firm believer that citizens should have their own self determination on how they want to live their lives and provide for themselves, and it should be our municipalities responsibility to ensure that doesn't get denied by wrongdoings of others.
